One can take in the beautiful panoramic scenes of the North Shore, Jericho Beach and the city of Vancouver from any direction. The breathtaking views from our floor-to-ceiling windows alone are motivation to come in for a workout.
A full complement of the latest in machinery awaits you. Stair climbers, treadmills, bicycles, elliptical trainer, rowing machines and stability balls are available daily on a first-come, first-serve basis.

In our wonderfully scenic setting, our own personal training team is available to provide assistance to ensure every workout is effective, and takes you closer to your fitness goals. Members of the Jericho personal training team are hand-picked for their in-depth training experience and the ability to help our members get the most from their fitness activities.
Catherine Berrie-Brown
Catherine is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach with Distinction in the Jericho fitness facility. In 2005, she completed a mentorship with world-renowned fitness trainer, Juan Carlos Santana at the Institute of Human Performance in Florida. In the industry for many years, Catherine has worked as a strength coach and athletic trainer, a Women’s Basketball Coach and a Functional Training Specialist. She holds a Bachelor of Education and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach with distinction. She is also certified in Sports Injury Management, Speed, Agility and Conditioning (Canada and the US).
Ian Hilts
Ian has been a trainer at Jericho since 2001. His experience includes a great deal of personal training at other local clubs and facilities, as well as training elite athletes, including members of the Vancouver Canucks. Ian is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach with a Bachelor of Education and a Bachelor of Human Kinetics.
Randy Lam
Randy has been a trainer at Jericho Tennis Club since 2004. He is a certified Personal Trainer and Golf Conditioning Specialist with a Diploma in Human Performance. Randy has experience with elite athletes and general populations. He also has experience with rehabilitation and injury prevention. In addition, Randy has studied Aikido for 15 years and is currently teaching at the Jericho Hill Center.
Greg Olver
Greg has been a professional trainer at Jericho since 2011. Over the past 12 years Greg has had the pleasure of helping a large variety of clients achieve their goals. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports and Exercise Science and a Post-Grad Certification in Cardiac Rehabilitation. Greg specializes in using a unique dual modality approach that combines traditional training with sports massage and stretching to help his clients recover faster from common sports injuries, such as tennis elbow, strains and sprains, as well as more complex injuries.
