Catherine Berrie-Brown

Catherine is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach with Distinction in the Jericho fitness facility. In 2005, she completed a mentorship with world-renowned fitness trainer, Juan Carlos Santana at the Institute of Human Performance in Florida. In the industry for many years, Catherine has worked as a strength coach and athletic trainer, a Women’s Basketball Coach and a Functional Training Specialist. She holds a Bachelor of Education and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach with distinction. She is also certified in Sports Injury Management, Speed, Agility and Conditioning (Canada and the US).

Ian Hilts

Ian has been a trainer at Jericho since 2001. His experience includes a great deal of personal training at other local clubs and facilities, as well as training elite athletes, including members of the Vancouver Canucks. Ian is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach with a Bachelor of Education and a Bachelor of Human Kinetics.

Randy Lam

Randy has been a trainer at Jericho Tennis Club since 2004. He is a certified Personal Trainer and Golf Conditioning Specialist with a Diploma in Human Performance. Randy has experience with elite athletes and general populations. He also has experience with rehabilitation and injury prevention. In addition, Randy has studied Aikido for 15 years and is currently teaching at the Jericho Hill Center.
